Maintenance contracts covering parts, labour and call out

Our highly skilled team of engineers provide on-site UK wide coverage. We offer 1, 2 and 3 year maintenance contracts for various brands and models printers and copiers.  4 and 8 hour response times.  We offer preventative maintenance and service cleans; such as on the Tally and Label printers where engineers will clean printheads and major parts, to assist in minimising any business disruptions.

In-House Helpdesk

Our in-house helpdesk are always on hand to deal with any device or consumable related issues, as well as provide full analytics on your print estate. We also offer a remote support service, allowing us to temporaliy access your devices to resolve the more problematic uses you may be facing.

 

Service Repair Calls


If you require an engineer but do not want to purchase a Maintenance Contract, we also offer ad hoc service repairs.


Our in-house helpdesk can arrange for an engineer to visit and repair your machine for a one-off payment.


The cost for this service are as follows:

  • First Call Out = £145+ VAT*
  • Second  Out = £120+ VAT*

*Prices do not include additional parts
